Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter / Trainer to support field operations across the Southeast. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.

Join our team to oversee recruitment, interview candidates, train new hires, and mentor between new hires and management. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
• Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
• Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the drywall business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
