Job summary

Grocery Outlet Inc. in San Francisco seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment of Aspiring Operator Trainees (AOTs) candidates, owning sourcing, engagement, assessment and closing.

You’ll partner with leadership to meet placement goals and guide candidates through a complex evaluation to build a long-term pipeline of Independent Operators. This role reports to the Manager - Field Recruiting and requires strong relationship-building, interview, and forecasting skills,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Franchise or leadership recruiting experience is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM/ATS systems and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through referrals, direct outreach, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate leadership, retail/management experience, and relocation readiness.
• Communicate ownership opportunities and guide candidates through the evaluation process.
