Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking individuals to operate their own store with full responsibility for daily operations and profitability.

The Independent Operator Role

In this role, you’ll operate your own Grocery Outlet store with full responsibility for business operations.

• Financial & Business Acumen: Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, expenses, and overall profitability.
  
• Customer Experience: Create an inviting shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
