Responsibilities

• Field recruiting and sourcing across Wheeler, with focus on Heavy Equipment Technicians.
• Visit branches, schools, and events to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Screen applicants fortechnical skills, certifications, and fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting activity and report on pipeline and goals.
