Benchmark Utility Services is seeking a Construction Trades Recruiter to source, screen, and hire skilled construction professionals across our field operations. The role emphasizes proactive field recruitment, relationship building with candidates, superintendents, trade schools, and community partners to sustain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders; travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified construction professionals.
• Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates through field recruiting, networking, and job fairs.
• Visit active job sites to understand staffing needs and recruiting opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, events, and recruiting campaigns with managers and HR.
• Maintain candidate records and track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
• Support onboarding, orientation scheduling, and pre-employment steps.
