Initially contractual with potential conversion based on performance, the position emphasizes relationship-building, community engagement, and ensuring compliant onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in recruiting or related roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates.
• Develop recruiting strategies through community outreach and networks.
• Create and manage compelling job postings.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support staffing goals and fill positions efficiently.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Complete onboarding activities such as drug screens, I-9, and background checks.
