Job summary

Rylem Staffing is seeking an In-Market Field Recruiter to execute local candidate attraction activities, community outreach, hiring events, and grassroots recruiting within an assigned market.

You will engage with community members and businesses, coordinate events, and track recruiting activity while living in or near the target market. A 32-hour weekly schedule and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must live in or near the assigned market.
• Reliable personal transportation for local travel is required.
• Experience with community outreach, canvassing, recruiting, staffing, or grassroots marketing preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and activity tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently using a defined playbook.
