Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a RecallRepairSpecialist to travel within the assigned area, spending most of the day on the road, visiting customers at their latest registered address. You will educate vehicle owners on recalls and gain approval to facilitate repairs onsite.

The role emphasizes customer interaction and trust-building, with additional light mechanical repair tasks performed as needed. Training is provided to support recall work.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable driving to customer addresses.
• Strong communication to educate customers on recalls.

In addition to outreach, you will perform intermediate level approved repairs. Specific training is provided: however, light mechanical and tool knowledge is recommended.
