The Field Appraiser is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical description of real estate properties, with part-time and full-time positions available and potential for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to/from working location.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Effective verbal communication with the public.
• Willing to travel within NC area.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Real estate appraisal experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties.
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work.
