Job summary

Team Quality Services is seeking a Field Quality Associate to serve as the primary liaison between service locations and their suppliers, driving continuous improvement in quality and reliability. You will lead audits, coordinate root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to reduce costs and improve performance.

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED with passport eligibility for international travel; a Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passport eligibility for international travel/training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or supplier quality assurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service locations as the main quality point of contact.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality compliance and material flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set supplier quality performance goals.
• Recommend process improvements and corrective actions to reduce cost and improve reliability.
• Identify quality issues quickly and coordinate root-cause analyses.
• Support customers and service locations with technical guidance on quality challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and AIAG core tools.
