Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager and project teams on utility-scale solar and BESS sites across North America. This role emphasizes field QA/QC oversight, documentation, and adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

The coordinator will promote safety, track corrective actions, and coordinate with inspectors, engineers, and superintendents to ensure the highest quality standards on foundations, HV work, substations, and solar

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on large commercial or energy projects.
• Reading and applying IFC drawings and job specifications.
• Awareness of project safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Quality Advocacy: promote policies and represent the company professionally.
• Field Support: assist QA/QC staff and project leadership in the field.
• Quality Assurance: assess work quality and track corrective actions.
• Performance Improvement: promote quality targets and improvement initiatives.
• Inspection and Testing: support audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Project Oversight: help manage the QA program for solar and related works.
• Documentation: maintain project quality records and review plans.
• Non-Conformance: assist investigations and corrective actions.
• Training: provide quality training for project teams and subcontractors.
• Policy Compliance: ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
