Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in design, surveillance monitoring, or project management.
• Background in electrical/substation, mechanical, and piping construction.
• Strong heavy mechanical process piping experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project quality planning requirements, standards, and checklists.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify alignment with contract and quality requirements.
