Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure installation work meets plans and specifications. You will perform inspections, tests, and monitor compliance across projects, documenting findings and collaborating with teams to implement improvements.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and able to pass background checks.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
• Willing to attend required training and work overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to verify plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections requested by customers for construction standards.
• Identify issues and report for resolution with relevant teams.
• Document non-compliance and follow up until resolved.
• Ensure required testing is completed and results recorded.
• Support project activities and meet installation milestones as directed.
• Work overtime, travel, on-call, nights or weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
