Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect field work, conduct tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will document findings, perform minor corrections, and collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality outcomes.

You must be able to pass background checks and drug screening, have a valid state driver’s license, and be able to work overtime or weekends as needed. This role pays an hourly range of $18.00–$26.00 and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum experience in Underground Utility Construction Industry; on-the-job training available.
• You are a problem solver.
• You have computer skills.
• You are willing to work in a solo and team environment.
• You have effective communication skills.
• You have experience working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• You will work in the field reviewing active construction projects, inspect for site cleanup and complete closeout documentation.
• You will ensure active construction work meets Pauley's requirements and customer needs.
• You will ensure CORE documentation matches completed LCS and customer requirements, reporting issues.
• You will make minor field corrections to installation if issues are identified.
• You will handle small materials and transport them to field crews.
• You will operate and report via general computer applications; other duties as assigned.
