Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician in the United States. You will conduct inspections during installation, perform final checks on customer projects, and document findings to ensure compliance with construction standards.

Responsibilities include identifying and reporting issues, following up on non-compliance, and coordinating with teams to implement improvements. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for compliance.
• Identify issues and report to team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and results documented.
• Support project activities and installation milestones as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call duties as needed in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
