Job summary

Ceres Caribe in Puerto Rico is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Construction) to ensure civil construction projects meet standards and specifications.

The role supports the Quality Department and interfaces with the Quality Control Manager and QC Officer, without supervising staff, while influencing field operations, subcontractors, and client interfaces. Daily inspections and documentation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• 3–7 years of civil construction quality control experience.
• Valid Driver License and ability to inspect outdoor sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, audits, and material testing on construction sites.
• Maintain contract records, QC documentation, and NCR logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on quality issues.
