Job summary

Butterball is seeking a quality liaison to visit farms and complete quality checks, guiding growers to ensure operations meet Butterball standards and regulations. You will serve as a key link between growers and Butterball, supporting health, performance, and compliance across multiple facilities and farms.

The role involves data recording, coaching on best practices, and implementing quality initiatives. Travel to NC, AR, MO, KS farms and facilities may be required to uphold Butterball's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on relevant field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and fosters positive relationships with growers to attain maximum results.
• Oversees health and performance of contract turkeys including monitoring, sanitation and disease prevention.
• Records data like mortalities, feed deliveries, and financial charges for grower accounts.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to farmers for improvements.
• Provides coaching and training on best management practices and maintains high standards.
• Implements quality and efficiency initiatives based on inspection results.
• Advises management on policy/procedure improvements.
