Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable Field Quality & Compliance Specialist for an in-person, field-based role across South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The position is part-time, typically 20–25 hours per week and rarely up to 29 hours without prior approval.

The specialist will inspect services against the Scope of Work, document findings with notes and photos, and communicate deficiencies professionally to clients and Independent Contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework strongly preferred; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to understand service agreements, scopes of work, client requirements, and operating procedures.
• Strong written communication to prepare inspection reports and notes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel across South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
• Part-time schedule of 20–25 hours per week; occasional need for up to 29 hours with approval.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites and inspect completed services against Scope of Work.
• Document inspections with notes, photos, and follow-up actions.
• Identify deficiencies or opportunities and report to City Wide team.
• Communicate findings and corrective actions professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate visit timing with contractor service schedules.
• Escalate urgent safety, quality, or operational concerns as needed.
• Follow routes, systems, and reporting expectations; adapt to field conditions.
• Work independently while collaborating with clients and contractors.
