Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; strong reading comprehension of contracts and scopes of work.
• Strong written communication to prepare clear inspection reports and follow-up notes.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 4–6 planned client-site visits per shift, depending on route and site size.
• Inspect services for quality and compliance with the Scope of Work.
• Document inspections with notes, photos, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate deficiencies and corrective actions clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate visit timing to align with contractor service schedules; escalate urgent concerns.
• Identify potential facility needs and opportunities for service improvements.
