Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality control/assurance in telecom construction.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSP fiber optic construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan tailored to telecom construction.
• Conduct regular field inspections and audits.
• Manage and train QC inspectors and field supervisors.
