Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead quality efforts on ground-up and build-up federal construction projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract documents, project specs, and federal requirements while traveling to sites as needed.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors and government representatives to identify quality issues early, maintain safety, and deliver projects on schedule to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, project specifications, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Control Manager will serve as the project leader for all quality-related activities, ensuring construction is performed in strict accordance with contract documents, project specifications, federal requirements, and company standards.
• The QCM will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, government representatives, and project stakeholders to identify potential quality issues early, maintain compliance, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
