Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality-related activities on ground-up and build-up federal construction projects. The role will interact with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, and government representatives to maintain compliance with contract documents and high standards.

We offer an opportunity to take ownership of the quality program, with field leadership support and a growing federal portfolio. Traveling may be required for project coverage.

Qualifications

• The Quality Control Manager will serve as the project leader for all quality-related activities.
• Will work with Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, government representatives, and project stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related activities and ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, federal requirements, and company standards.
• Collaborate with PM, Superintendent, subcontractors, government representatives, and stakeholders to identify potential quality issues early and ensure on-time delivery.
