Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred civil/architectural tech education and 2 years of enclosure inspection experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred
• 2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience preferred
• Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way
• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed

Responsibilities

• Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Performing field and laboratory testing
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
