Job summary

Legacy Professional Services, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer - CSLA to provide field-based quality assurance for Civil, Structural, Landscape and Architectural scopes on hyperscale data center projects. You will inspect site work from grading to finishes and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and owner quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has a broad civil/structural/architectural background, 3+ years in QA/QC or field engineering, and proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil, Structural, Architecture or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in construction inspection, QA/QC, or field engineering
• Broad understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction means
• Ability to read drawings, specs, RFIs and submittals
• Inspect work and document field observations with accuracy
• Knowledge of quality processes, testing, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, inspectors and clients
• Proficient with MS Office and field documentation platforms

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and quality observations for CSLA scopes
• Verify work meets drawings, specs, submittals, codes, and owner standards
• Inspect site development: grading, drainage, utilities, foundations, concrete
• Monitor structural steel erection and exterior envelope work
• Coordinate inspections, testing, mock-ups and special inspections
• Document deficiencies and track corrective actions to resolution
• Maintain inspection reports, photos, logs, and quality records
• Utilize Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bluebeam for documentation
