Job summary

TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, seeks a full-time Sr. Field Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Orlando team.

The role leads QA testing and field commissioning for tolling systems across Florida, coordinating testing personnel and field activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time lane readiness. You will work hands-on in the field, travel extensively, and supervise QA staff, while collaborating with drivers, technicians, and agency representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of relevant field experience in testing, commissioning, or field operations.
• Experience supervising teams or leading field operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA testing and field commissioning activities.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and field activities for QA personnel.
• Conduct tolling system field testing in various environments.
• Perform vehicle-based test runs with drivers and field staff.
• Record and analyze testing results and related data.
• Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of QA personnel.
