DaBella is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Denver, CO team. This full-time, in-person role supports the QA team in ensuring home improvement projects meet high standards of quality and safety, with frequent homeowner interaction and field documentation.

The ideal candidate will travel to homeowners, observe construction practices, and use CRM and document systems to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities for permits, lead-safety, product specs, and codes.
• Travel to homeowners up to 50% of the day; address complaints with solutions.
• Use basic equipment like measuring tapes and ladders.
• Review contracts and plans to ensure records match requirements.
• Explain contracts and technical info clearly to homeowners and subs.
• Pursue additional certifications to enhance skills.
