Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Superintendent / Punch List Superintendent to join the field team on commercial construction projects. You will work closely with the Superintendent, taking ownership of punch lists, quality control, and project closeout while coordinating subcontractors and field activities.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial construction and field supervision.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
Proven track record coordinating subcontractors and field crews.
Strong attention to quality control, punch lists, and closeout.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day field activities with the Superintendent and project team.
Own punch list, quality control, and project closeout tasks.
Manage subcontractor coordination and field execution of activities.
Interpret drawings and specifications to identify field issues and solutions.
Support progression from field work to larger field leadership.
