Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Field Property Technician to perform renovations and repairs on existing VIP properties and finish construction for new properties.

The role requires carpentry, painting, masonry, light electrical, and other tasks across VIP locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. The candidate will follow safety policies, work with team members, and travel as needed, including overnights, to set up new locations and complete repairs.

• Performs various other job duties as assigned and needed.
• Communicates with team members to assist in the completion of tasks.
• Travel as needed for projects, including overnights.
• New location set up and repair.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience preferred.
• Extended hours and overnights based on business needs.
• Travel from the Auburn Support Center, or your home base, will be provided or reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass both a criminal background and a substance abuse screening.
