Job summary

OnSight PROS is seeking a Field Property Technician to visit rental homes around Nashville, TN, documenting property conditions with detailed photos. You’ll work independently with the support of the team, and you can set schedules 30–60 days in advance.

Responsibilities include taking photos, noting issues, and maintaining professional on-site conduct while handling confidential information. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance.
• Own insured vehicle for work use.
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit rental homes to photograph and document property conditions.
• Provide notes about issues observed and maintain professional on-site communication.
• Deliver courteous customer service while on-site and protect confidentiality of property information.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (ladder use, replace batteries/filters, adjust door stops).

Field Property Technician – Photos & Condition Reports

Location: Nashville, TN Area

No prior experience is required. We provide hands‑on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

Seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Property Technicians. In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of the property for property managers.

One of the best parts of this opportunity is the flexibility—you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance. While you will often work independently in the field, you will always have the support of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed
• Provide professional and courteous customer service when on-site
• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information
• Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:
  • Carrying and using ladders
  • Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters
  • Fixing door stops
• Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy
• Your own insured vehicle for work use
• Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code
• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday
