Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking field technicians for hourly property condition reports across multiple U.S. markets. You will drive to rental properties, walk each site with a structured checklist, and capture photos and notes to produce professional reports for property managers and owners.

No inspection background is required; training covers the standards, and reports are reviewed to ensure quality. You will work independently on assigned routes with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to take clear, well-framed photos on a mobile app.
• Strong written notes in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Drive planned routes between scheduled properties.
• Walk properties with a structured checklist to document condition, damage, and maintenance needs.
• Capture photos and notes clear enough for review without another site visit.
• Flag safety concerns immediately for fast action by the team.
• Verify unit, area, and inspection type to ensure correct reports.
• Communicate access or site updates early to keep schedules on track.
• Keep field equipment charged and ready for the day.
