Job summary

Badger, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Supervisor to oversee projects across multiple locations in the North Atlantic Region, with travel to CT, NY, NJ, and PA. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and contractors, maintaining a strong on-site presence as the main Badger contact and supporting estimating as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or 3+ years of equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management/superintendent within construction.
• Demonstrated leadership capability delivering organizational value.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Smartsheets or equivalent, and CRM databases.
• Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in field settings.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to build mutual trust and have integrity.
• Self-driven, team-focused, ethical, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Executes major project plans ensuring alignment with the corporate plan and manager’s business plan.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Coordinates and communicates project schedules and milestones with comments and revisions as needed.
• Arranges materials and equipment delivery with vendors.
• Identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Coordinates data input for deliverables and reporting.
• Supports on-site safety, environmental, cleanliness, and quality compliance.
• Maintains a consistent on-site presence as the primary Badger contact.
• Dispatches equipment and operators as needed.
• Monitors fleet costs and takes corrective actions as required.
• Reviews daily logs and reports to management.
• Assists in project estimating as needed.
