Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Project Specialist to install, program, start-up, certify, and train customers on varied security and life-safety systems. You will work within a dynamic team, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects while delivering world-class service.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant field experience, a High School/GED or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site travel and a collaborative culture are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and service non-routine systems including security and life-safety.
• Lead on-site projects with focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Train customers and provide post-installation support and documentation.
