Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking Project Managers for long-term careers in field services, with regional travel, a company vehicle, and gas card. You will serve as the main liaison between customers, Water Operations, and our Technology Team to ensure successful project launches across the US.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, coach field staff, enforce safety, and maintain strong client relations. VP leadership oversees growth in our Water & Wastewater Solutions group.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' underground utility management experience.
  • Experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer in a service-related utility industry.
  • Ability to obtain underground utility contractor license.
  • Strong leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn HUSA processes and software.
  • Team-building leadership with solid planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop initial project estimates with sales and support proposal development.
  • Manage project cost updates and revenue projections weekly and monthly.
  • Direct project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to field supervisors and crews.
  • Establish procedures aligned with contracts and quality plans.
  • Represent the project with clients, constructors, and vendors at key meetings.
  • Coordinate training and compliance with training manager.
  • Secure approvals for changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Maintain client communication and adapt deliverables to client needs.
