Qualifications

• Must participate in preconstruction efforts including bid solicitations and site surveys.
• Assist with budget, cost projections, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction activities: bid solicitations, site surveys, logistics planning.
• Assist in reviewing proposals for time frames, budgets, and resources.
• Help develop subcontractor scopes and manage buyout processes.
• Support schedule updates and coordination with project team and subs.
• Monitor quality and safety programs to ensure BBB compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks: RFIs, submittals, drawings, meetings in Procore.
