Thepacgroup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale assembly operations at multiple U.S. sites, with potential travel to Canada and Mexico. You will oversee racking/conveyance installation, monitor targets, and drive efficiency while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will manage diverse teams, read technical docs, and report project status to clients and PAC leadership. Flexible hours and travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on PM experience.
• 5+ years in related PM roles.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership of diverse teams and multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to read technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee racking and conveyance system installation.
• Monitor daily/weekly targets and project milestones.
• Manage vendor teams during installation and commissioning.
• Drive production efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety walks and toolbox talks; address risks proactively.
• Prepare PM status reports for client and leadership.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure material flow and address supply chain challenges.
• Finalize project closure reports and lessons learned.
