Job summary

GAC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States. This entry-level path focuses on developing project coordination, planning, and leadership skills on active sites.

You will work closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers to review scope, schedule, and resources, while ensuring safety and quality standards on every site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience.
• Prior field leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read construction prints and use Google Earth.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Fieldwire or similar PM tools preferred.
• Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Review projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations.
• Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews.
• Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources.
• Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation.
• Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements.
