Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees all phases of a construction project and forecast costs and change orders.
• Coordinate with owner, project team, and subcontractors; maintain professional communication.
• Review proposals, schedules, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure contractual terms and obligations are met.
• Lead value engineering studies to reduce costs and maximize value.
• Monitor budgets and report to senior PM; manage submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety and quality at site.
• Travel as required; extensive time in the field for project management.
• Assist with project closeout and final reporting.
