Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills, with travel to project sites as needed. A minimum of 5 years in commercial construction is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and material usage to ensure profitability.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.
• Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
