Job summary

LESCO Restorations, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Manager for a remote-based role coordinating projects from planning through completion.

The position requires regular travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina to support job sites and clients, with overnight stays as needed. You will lead field activities, manage schedules and budgets, liaise with vendors and customers, and ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in field operations or related industries.

• Ability to travel regularly in NC/SC and stay overnight when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Position Overview

The Field Project Manager is a remote-based position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion. While the position is remote, regular travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina is required to support projects and visit job sites. The amount of travel and overnight stays will vary based on the location of projects and the candidate’s home location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, field operations, logistics, construction, automotive, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating teams, vendors, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Ability to stay overnight when project locations require it.
• Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
