UFP Site Built is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead projects in Utah, serving as the face on the jobsite and coordinating field teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction or related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Customer Champion: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Own the Jobsite: Visit project sites regularly, resolve issues proactively, and ensure deliveries with precision and professionalism.
  • Drive Innovation: Provide market feedback to shape future product enhancements and services.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with Account Managers to promote product lines and support sales across the region.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends and customer needs to keep UFP Site Built at the forefront.
  • Keep It Moving: Manage job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and conduct drive-bys.

What You'll Do

As a Field Project Manager, managing the Utah market you'll be the critical link between our customers and our operations-ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities for growth are always on your radar. Position would mainly work out in the field with minimal in-office time.

Travel:

Daily travel to various customer job site locations (must have reliable transportation - milage reimbursement included) - no overnight stays.

Your Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with UFP's culture, products, and processes is a bonus
