If you're looking for a role where your leadership drives real results and your expertise is both valued and expanded, this could be the right fit for you.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of field testing and inspection projects from start to finish—overseeing planning, estimating, execution, team leadership, client communication, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with a strong balance of technical work and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
  • Coordinate and supervise field testing and inspection activities
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across job sites

Estimating & Business Development Support

  • Lead and mentor field technicians and inspectors
  • Provide performance feedback and foster a strong safety culture

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver clear, timely updates and accurate technical reports

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct site visits and implement quality control procedures
  • Ensure work meets both industry standards and client expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing field testing and inspection projects
  • Strong background in estimating, scheduling, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred (but not required with relevant experience)
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites

What Our Client Offers

  • Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities
  • 100% company-paid health insurance for employees
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Opportunities to work on challenging, high-impact projects
  • A leadership team that values integrity, initiative, and innovation
