The Third Estimate is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager for Roofing and Windows in Pittsburgh. This pivotal role involves managing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring each job is organized and efficient while delivering exemplary customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in project management, a strong knowledge of roofing and window installation processes, and excellent communication skills. Join a team committed to quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management.
• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project – Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion.
• Takeoffs & Ordering – Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials.
• Scheduling – Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track.
• Budget Management – Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages.
• Customer Experience – Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction.
• Job Walkthroughs – Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections.
• Problem Solving – Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
