Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative in Indiana. You will read and interpret drawings, track contractor activities, and ensure contract compliance on multidisciplinary data center projects. The role involves supervising site staff, coordinating with clients and inspectors, and supporting project closeout.

Strong communication, teamwork, and field experience are essential. The position is full-time, based onsite in Monrovia, Indiana, with travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Primavera or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs, identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities, labor, equipment and materials.
• Review materials for contract compliance and track quantities for pay estimates.
• Attend and chair construction progress meetings and develop punch lists.
• Assist with project audits, closeout, and engineer reviews.
