Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience including water and wastewater plants, pipelines and pumping facilities.
• OSHA 10-hour safety training or equivalent.
• Project lead experience and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in the field full time.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection (primary responsibility).
• Special inspection in qualified areas.
• Lead Construction Progress Meetings.
• Preliminary review of submittals, RFIs, RFCs for completeness.
• Review and acceptance of project schedule updates.
• Review and acceptance of project schedule of values.
• Preliminary review of change orders.
• Create and maintain project punchlist with engineers.
• Review and recommend construction pay applications.
• Weekly review of contractor record drawings for accuracy.
• Assist in start-up and commissioning activities.
