Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions is seeking a construction project manager to oversee production, safety, quality, and project management standards on field projects in Florida. You will conduct pre-bid surveys, manage contract start-up and closeout, and collaborate with field crews and subcontractors to control costs and margins.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 2+ years of field mgmt or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio, and strong MS Word/Excel skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 2+ years of field construction management experience OR 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and PM standards.
• Perform pre-bid site surveys, contract execution, startup and closeout.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs; assist with scheduling.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding Subcontracts; handle material procurement.
