Qualifications
1+ year of experience with a commercial general contractor or comparable internship experience preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills. Expressing ideas clearly in writing.
Responsibilities
Assures compliance with assigned project plans and specifications.
Reviews plans for value analysis and constructability.
Attends and takes notes for project team meetings.
Publishes weekly progress reports for assigned projects.
Updates project schedules and assists in bidding.
