Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Basic MEP knowledge; Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry relationships and expand networks to generate future opportunities.
• Create and maintain internal and external project logs.
• Maintain reports and assist PMs with updating project tasks in software systems.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and maintain bidder lists.
• Review submittals, process RFIs, and support day-to-day project management tasks.
