Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson in Hunt Valley, MD seeks a junior construction management/inspection professional to assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across project phases. You will interpret drawings and specs, monitor progress, and prepare inspector reports under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across project phases.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, geotechnical reports and inspection records.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare inspector daily reports, cost tracking and submittals.
• Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Support preparation of bid documents and proposals.
• Attend meetings and distribute minutes.
