Job summary

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned MEP Engineer for commercial and industrial projects. You will lead MEP engineering efforts, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC standards on federal and public works.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in MEP construction, strong blueprint reading, and experience managing schedules and contracts. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and RFI processes is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven MEP construction experience.
• 5+ years of Safety and QAQC knowledge.
• 5+ years of Electrical trade specific knowledge.
• 5+ years managing schedules and subcontractors, coordinating with architectural trades.
• 5+ years experience with contracts and exhibits.
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and ability to read plans and specs.

Job Description:

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a MEP Engineer in commercial and industrial building.

The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

MEP Engineer Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Proven MEP construction experience
• 5+ years of being a Safety and QAQC knowledge
• 5+ years of Electrical trade specific knowledge
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
• 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs

Qualifications:

• Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million
• Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
• Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications
• Must have federal or public work experience
• School construction experience an advange
• Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
