Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Engine Testing-Field Project Technician to manage field test programs and operate FTIR equipment at client sites in Midland, Texas. The role serves as in-field representation to interface with clients and regulatory personnel.

The successful candidate will perform on-site field testing, train new hires, ensure safety and DOT compliance, and upload data daily to the secure server.

Qualifications

• College graduates are encouraged to apply.
• On-site field testing, typically as a solo analyst, using standardized procedures.
• Adheres to safety standards and DOT requirements; maintains professional conduct at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support on-site field testing using standardized methods.
• Prepare and maintain equipment prior to mobilization.
• Coordinate pre-job briefings with Engine Testing Manager and clients.
• Ensure data is collected accurately and uploaded to the secure server daily.
• Train new hires on field procedures and test methods.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures are followed.
